How do I book my rentals?
- Booking is easy! Simply browse our inventory online, select your items and dates, and complete the checkout process to secure your reservation.
What are the payment and deposit requirements?
- We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
- Cancellations made 21 days or more before the scheduled event, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled between 15 and 20 days before the scheduled event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled event, the deposit will be non-refundable.
How does delivery and pickup work?
- We offer convenient delivery and pickup throughout Hermiston and surrounding areas for $2 per mile. Standard delivery is at-grade; please ensure a clear path for our team to drop off and collect items.
What are the cleaning and damage expectations?
- Rentals should be returned free of major debris. We expect normal wear and tear, but significant damage or cleaning needs may incur additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.
How far in advance should I reserve?
- Popular dates and items fill up fast! We recommend booking 1 month in advance for smaller parties, 2-4 months for larger parties/weddings though we always try to accommodate last-minute requests whenever equipment is available.
